Prevent 2 Protect was thrilled to present at the annual Osteopathic Medical Education Conference in Dallas, Texas. Director Dr. Ley opened the weekend-long conference on Friday diving deep into the project and the role of osteopathic medicine within it. As Prevent 2 Protect is the first of its kind, and incorporates a more holistic approach to mass violence prevention, emphasizing the interdisciplinary nature of the project makes clear why the role of osteopathic medicine is crucial. Prevent 2 Protect is thankful for the chance to speak to osteopathic physicians, medical students, and other health professionals about the groundbreaking project.
